Here are some of the activities our Firemen, Support Team Members and friends have been involved in.
The DMRVFD SupportTeam, Firefighters and friends pick
up trash along the DMRVFD's section of Hwy 166.
Our DMRVFD Firefighters
are the folks we thanks for
burning the slash pile
when the weather permits.
The DMRVFD Support Team,
Firemen and friends work
together to keep the common
areas around the Fire Station,
DMPOA Community Center
and Barn clear of overgrowth.
After the work is completed, a
hearty meal is enjoyed by all.
Our Firemen, Support Team and
friends join together often to
work on improvements to the
fire station. They are
responsible for the cement
slabs seen in front of the
firehouse.
Classes are held, in this
case, application of
tourniquets.  Other
classes have involved
CPR and  First Aid.
The Support Team puts on
several fundraisers each
year. Some involve art
sales, spaghetti dinners
and pie and dancing!
The DMRVFD hosts the Annual Chief's
Dinner for the entire community at Christmas.
Arts and Crafts sales have always been a favorite fundraiser.  The DMR has
many talented artists who are eager to participate.
Thanks to our volunteers for another successful highway trash pickup!
